Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Jai Bhim Wallpapers & Status HD. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jai Bhim Wallpapers & Status HD mobile application (the "App"). In these Terms, "we", "our", and "us" refer to the operators of the App. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and to make any purchases. You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse.

2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

• 1-Day Introductory Access - ₹5. New users may start with 1 day of full access for ₹5.
• Monthly Plan - ₹99 per month. Full access to all premium features.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• Prices may change in the future; any change will only apply from your next renewal and will be communicated in advance.

3. Auto-Renewal & Billing

• Payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. By subscribing, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
• Your subscription is set up using UPI AutoPay. Unless you cancel before the 1-day introductory access ends, your plan continues automatically as the Monthly Plan at ₹99/month.
• The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and the renewal amount is debited automatically via UPI AutoPay on the renewal date, until you cancel.
• We will treat a payment as successful only after Razorpay confirms it; your access is activated or extended on confirmation.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time - either from within the App's account settings, or by managing/revoking the UPI AutoPay mandate in your bank or UPI app. On cancellation, no further amounts are debited, and you retain access until the end of your current paid billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund. For refund eligibility, see our Refund Policy.

5. AI Chat Feature (Ask Babasaheb)

The App includes an AI-powered chat feature called "Ask Babasaheb" that shares thoughts on equality, education and self-respect in a persona inspired by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are not actual statements by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, his family, any institution, or any authority.
• AI responses are inspired by Dr. Ambedkar's writings and ideals but may contain inaccuracies. They should not be treated as authentic quotations or authoritative guidance.
• The feature is intended for reflection and personal enrichment only, not as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, psychological, or otherwise).
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated response.
• This is a premium feature requiring an active subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the wallpapers, except for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices.
• Use the App to transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, the payments system, or other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All wallpapers, artwork, the Jai Bhim Wallpapers & Status HD name, and the App itself are owned by us or by our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the wallpapers on your own devices while your subscription is active. See our Copyright Policy.

8. Respectful Content

The App contains imagery and references relating to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the Ambedkarite movement, and Buddhist symbolism. The AI chat feature provides responses inspired by Dr. Ambedkar's ideals of liberty, equality and fraternity. We ask all users to treat all content, including AI-generated responses, with respect. AI responses do not represent the views of any institution, organisation, or the developers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific wallpaper will remain available indefinitely.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or non-payment. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time - see our Delete Account page. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription from the next renewal; no refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

14. Grievance Redressal

If you have questions about these Terms or a grievance, you may raise it with us from within the App, and we will respond within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.
